Mohave County AZ is one of the fastest growing counties in the country. Land prices have been rising steady for the last three years. The biggest reason for the explosive growth is it's location in the path of  development. Los Angeles is 4 hours to the west .Phoenix is 2 1/2 hours south and Las Vegas 2 1/2 hrs  North West State Road 93  Canamex Highway is a direct roadway from Mexico-USA-Canada. It is being widened and leads to the property. A major development has been approved minutes down the road called Silverado This is a 4870 acre multi community with a championship golf course and a projected population of over 40,000.  There will be restaurants,stores and  other commercial ventures. Ground breaking  is scheduled for Spring 07!

Arizona is the 6th largest state in the US; however only approximately 17% is available for private ownership. The remaining 83% is owned by the state and federal governments and Indian reservations.  The northwestern portion of Arizona is largely Mohave County.  Mohave County is the 5th largest county in the US.  However, only 9.8% of the entire county can be privately owned.
